This allows enterprises to connect geographically diverse workforces securely while reducing network latency and performance issues.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Though SASE is a relatively new concept, it\u2019s taking the IT world by storm, partially due to the pandemic forcing companies to adopt or improve their remote work capabilities. Enterprises use VPNs (virtual private networks) to handle their limited work-from-home traffic.
