According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), ZPE falls into the classification of essential business \u2014 thus, we are grateful to be able to maintain operations and continue serving worldwide.<\/p>\n
Through this uncertain time, we will implement and practice additional measures to ensure the safety of everyone involved with our organization.<\/p>\n
To our customers and partners: ZPE Systems will remain available to address your concerns and support your operations, albeit with a more distributed workforce and remote interactions whenever possible. If you are in need of our presence on-site, we will take all necessary steps to follow social distancing guidelines in order to prevent the spread of the virus.<\/p>\n
Because employee safety is our priority and supporting business continuity is our mission, we have provided appropriate accommodations to our employees so that they may productively work offsite. We are uniquely equipped to adapt and sustain a distributed remote workforce, and because that has been a key component of our global business since the beginning, ZPE can continue to operate effectively throughout the world. For the limited number of employees who are still required to perform work on-site, we are taking necessary precautions such as adequately cleaning facilities and limiting shift sizes.<\/p>\n
Regardless of how long these changes will be in place, it\u2019s our goal to make sure your network remains a powerful asset. We will strive to support your business continuity efforts through this crisis, into the eventual recovery, and well beyond thanks to our 100+ years of combined experience.<\/p>\n
